RealtyAdvice Satisfaction Guarantee
At RealtyAdvice.com we hope that you always have satisfactory experience. If there
is a reason why this doesn’t happen we will refund your Account for up to $25.
In order to obtain a refund you must do the three following things:

Leave a detailed written feedback on the experts profile describing why you are
unhappy with the call.

Give the expert a 1 feedback star

Fill out our Customer Support form within 3 days of the time your call took place.
Include when the call took place, how long the call was, and how much was deducted
from your account for the call.
When we receive your form we will review it and take into consideration the claims
you are making. We reserve the right to credit you back in partial or in full for
the transaction, or to refuse your refund completely.
We will credit up to one unsatisfactory call per month (30 days).
